I started working with PCDC in September 2006, after completing my Early Childhood Education Diploma course through SIAST.  

In my spare time I enjoy hunting, fishing, reading, and just being outdoors.

I have  two brothers, and one adorable neice and nephew,  I have been married to my loving husband since 2010 and look forward to spending many more years with him!

Hello, my name is Jasmine. I m currently working towards my ECE Level II. I am a mother to an amazing boy William and wife to Brandon. We have 3 dogs; Sprocket, Ollie and Revy. 

I enjoy spending time with my family, as well as teaching and competing in agility with my dogs. I look forward to working with everyone here at PCDC and getting to know all the families as well.

My name is Amanda Zintel and I have been with PCDC since 2016.

I attended Lakeland College where I obtained my Early Learning and Childcare Diploma. I am from Clavet, SK where I attended preschool right to grade 12.

I hope to help guide children and encourage them to explore the world around them.

 Hello! My name is Heidi, and I have been a proud member of thePCDC team since 2022. I am a mother of two wonderful boys, Ethan and Hayden, and have been married for 8 years.

Working with children has always been a passion of mine. I truly enjoy spending time with children, and I find great joy and fulfillment in nurturing their growth and development. 

My goal is not only to educate but also to inspire a love of learning and curiosity in each child I work with. 

Hello! My name is Passaporn Tanaka, you can call me “Pat”. I am originally from Thailand, a tropical country where it’s warm year-round and never snows. That’s why I enjoy experiencing the four distinct seasons in Canada. I earned my Diploma in Early Childhood Education from Saskatchewan Polytechnic and hold an ECE Level 3 Certificate. 

My journey in early childhood education began with my first practicum at PCDC St. Philip location, so I am thrilled to be part of this wonderful team. 

Outside of work, I love reading and brewing drip coffee. There’s nothing better than starting the day with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and a good book in hand.

I believe in the Hundred Languages of Children ideology, which recognizes that children have diverse ways of expressing their thoughts and building understanding. Therefore, I strive to create a meaningful learning environment where each child can freely express themselves, play, explore, and thrive.

Hi, I'm Kristin. I've worked with PCDC for seven years and each year has been as great as the one before. 

In the years I've worked with PCDC I have had a chance to work with school age children and preschoolers and every group has shown me something new I can add to the rooms and keep with me.

When I'm not at work you can typically find me with my dog Saddie at home reading a book or spending time with family or friends other around the city or out at my family farm.

Hi, I am Jyotsna Thapar living in Saskatoon since 2022. I am a skilled and qualified Early Childhood Educator with a strong academic background, including a Master of Education in Educational Administration from the University of Saskatchewan. My experience as an Educational Assistant at Greater Saskatoon Catholic School involved working with Kindergarten, Grade 1, and slow learners, providing valuable insights into diverse learning styles. Currently I am contributing my skills and passion as an educator at PCDC since March 2025. 

Alongside my professional dedication at PCDC, I cherish my role as a wife and the proud parent of a wonderful son in Grade 11. 

I am passionate about creating nurturing and effective learning experiences for young children.

 Hi everyone. I'm Girlie Bansil. Married and have a stepson living with us. I have been here for more than 5 years (St. Philip - Hucklebug Room). 

I recently finished Early Childhood Educator Level III.

I love spending time with children, family, and friends. Getting to know children is a great feeling this career has to offer. I'm excited to meet new families and create bond with them. Currently planning to deepen my learning and understanding of ECE.

 Hi my name is Piper, I am a PCDC alumni. I'm still currently working on my early learning diploma. 

In my spare time I like to camp, read, do photography, bake and spending time with my family and friends. I have three sisters and two cute dogs. I love working with children and I'm excited to get to know the family and children.

Hello, my name is Bianca. I started working at PCDC in September 2020. 

I have my Early Childhood Education diploma. During my first month, I worked at all three locations, and by October 2020, an opportunity at the St. Philip location opened up. Since then, I have been working in the school-age program. 

While the school-agers are at school, I work with the Hucklebugs, Ladybug, and Kinder groups. 

I enjoy going for walks, especially with views of lakes and mountains. In my spare time, I like to binge-watch shows and i love traveling to new places with family and friends.

Glad to introduce myself as Jasmine Kaur. I am from Chandigarh, India. I came to Canada in 2016. I am a Saskatchewan Polytechnic graduate. I can speak in three different languages.

I enjoy working with children. I also believe that children learn through play, so as an educator, I try to innovate activities which not just do their academic development but overall development. 

My hobbies include listening to music, playing basketball.

I graduated in 2020, with my Early Childhood Education Certificate. I will be continuing my education to receive my diploma in Early Childhood Education. I started with PCDC, as a substitute in September 2023. I have the pleasure of working at all three centres. In my spare time, I spend a lot of time with my boyfriend. We have been together since 2020. We enjoy going to concerts together, watching sports and playing beach volleyball with friends. We are hoping to get married and start a family. 

I enjoy experimenting with make up. I often share looks that I create, on social media. I also enjoy watching true crime.

Hello. My name is Shelley. I arrived in Canada in 2022. I was awarded my ECE level 1 certificate in August, 2024. I have been working with PCDC since September, in 2024. As an early childhood educator, I have had the opportunity to work with children of varying ages.  

Children like to explore and experience new things through a variety of  activities. I’m real willing to accompany them for growing up and assist them what they need. In my spare time, I spend more time on reading, hiking and accompany my family.
